What this app is
EverRoot is a cosmetic routine and product-information app. It reads ingredient lists, builds daily care routines, and keeps a visual record you interpret yourself. It is not a medical service: nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or measures any state of your hair or skin, and its content never replaces advice from a professional. If you have had a hair transplant, your clinic’s plan always takes precedence over anything here.
Verdicts are match opinions
Scan verdicts describe how a product’s published ingredient list fits the preferences you told us — never product quality or anything beyond that. Formulations change; the label in your hand always wins over our reading of it.
Subscription
The app is paid-only with a free trial, billed through your App Store or Google Play account and auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in the store’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing — cancel with the store.
Recommendations
A “better match” suggestion is picked by fixed rules from a curated catalog. If a suggestion ever carries an affiliate link, it is disclosed next to the link, and a commission never influences which product is suggested.
Your content
Your photos and data remain yours. You grant us only the processing needed to run the service described in the Privacy Policy. Don’t upload photos of other people without their consent.
The usual terms
The service is provided as-is; we may update these terms and the app itself, and material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the operator’s local law without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights. EverRoot is operated by 8x Social.
Apple-specific terms
This agreement is between you and 8x Social, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for EverRoot or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If EverRoot fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. 8x Social, Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to EverRoot, including product liability, regulatory conformance, and consumer protection claims, and for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Contact: support@geteverroot.com
