- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store / Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time. Cancel during the free days and you pay nothing.
- How does the trial work?
- Three days, card up front. Everything is open and the free days include five product scans — once the subscription starts, scans are unlimited. The charge date is stated plainly before you confirm, and the store emails you before the trial ends.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Signing in is the first screen, before any question is asked, so your answers and your routine are saved to you rather than to one phone. Sign in on another phone and the same routine is there. There is no password — we email you a six-digit code.
- Is anything extra to unlock later?
- No. Past the paywall the app is whole — no locked features, no premium badges, no upgrade prompts. The only limit anywhere is the five scans during the free trial.
- How do refunds work?
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their policies. Reach out via the support page if you need help finding the right form.
